David is a registered clinical psychologist, fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists and member of the Australian Psychological Society.
David has extensive specialist training in general and clinical psychology. He was awarded a Deans medal for his postgraduate studies and research into anxiety disorders and developmental psychology.
He has more than a decade of experience and has worked in various settings including NSW Health, schools, and the Australian Defence Force.
David provides psychological therapy, counselling and support for adults and couples, as well as specialist psychological assessments for such things as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
David's preference is to provide a tailored approach to individual client’s needs, drawing on and integrating a range of evidence-based treatments as appropriate.

If you have been referred by your GP or other specialist provider under a Mental Health Care Plan (as of 1st July, 2024) you are entitled to 10 sessions per calendar year with a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per appointment.
Private health funds offer rebates for psychology consultations, however inclusion and rebate amounts vary depending on the level of cover you have. Contact your health insurance provider directly to confirm.
Late cancellation of or failure to attend your consultation attracts a fee equivalent to the full consultation fee and this is not claimable with either Medicare or private health funds.
